Walking:

Lots of walking this month so far. That is, lots of dog walking this month. That would be, lots of mind clearing walking in the desert and down around Connected Lakes. Focusing on rolling my hips and paying close attention to my gait. i.e. Stride 

Meet Jane. Jane is a 107 pound Kangal and is only 8 months old!! She live in a kennel on the backside neighbors yard. She comes in at night but needs more care and freedom. The Dude had a really good chat with the neighbors and told them that I would be interested in walking Jane. They questionably agreed and that is what I have been doing. She is a water dog and super friendly. 

  

The above photo is of The Dude's dog Niyah after about our third day of hiking in the desert. She is quite the different dog now that she lacks ritual sleeping patterns all day. Been running the Sh*T out of her in the desert and now she has become a rather interesting bed hog. She starts down at my feet, wiggling her way up to the small of my back, and then slithers her tiny warm body up near my pillow by morning. Pretty Cute 

Loki and Niyah often tend to remind me that I am doing it wrong. Loki wants to head down the trail when we are walking our No Excuse Loop around the neighborhood before work. 

And then they loose their little marbles when we turn onto the desert road. Like Go Time 

This would be Niyah reminding me that she really enjoys eating and her bowl is bone dry. Whats Up With That Human??

Playing a little 17th century game of Cribbage with The Dude the other night with his $1 Middle Eastern Deck Of Cards. They are beautiful and wish he had brought back ten dollars worth because they would make fantastic birthday gifts. Super light wight paper without wax, vivid color patterns, and dig the face cards for sure. 

CYCLING:

Riding like the wind, riding into the wind, riding against the wind, and fighting with the Phuc-N wind. Its that wonderful time of year when the farmers are burning their fields and it's windy everyday. 

Pushing through on the old GT and riding through new ares of the valley. Clearly should have edited this photo above so that you all could appreciate the old time farm equipment here. But again, the cross winds that day were atrocious. But hey, any day on the bike is better than driving to Subway Sandwich. 

The Dude whipped up an outstanding breakfast on Sunday morning. Both white and wheat flour. Real flour, not enriched Sh*T!! Added blueberries, flax seeds, wheat germ, and almond butter. They were a wonderful treat all week with yogurt before work. Nutritious Fiber Packed Healthy Baby 

ORTHO:

Crushed it these passed few weeks!! KAFM runs a Friday program at noon by the name of The Kitchen Sink. Its a call in show where they offer up the airwaves to the community to advertise garage sales, concerts, art center happenings, etc. So I rang them with my theory of how bodywork merries with the vaccine. The first Friday that I rang, loads of text, one new client. Second call into the Kitchen Sink landed me three new clients and they all have referred me to their friends. Total Score 

 

Last weekend was a busy one for me in the office. I am basically manually flushing clients Lymphatic System and then releasing a few aches and pains here and there. Super light touch, way easy on my body as well, and only washing one sheet compared to two sheets during a massage. Stoked

RADIO SHOWS:

Thank you all for streaming and texting during the Blonde Roots show. I throughly enjoyed the hell out of myself. Pulled off a few rusty moments and hit the wrong play button a few times but still had a fantastic show. The main feature was airing clips from the legendary Mel Books 1974 Young Frankenstein. I have two more shows coming up and then not sure when I will be on next. The first show will be featuring funk, R&B, Hip De Hop'n, and Above Ground Trance Grooves. That is how I envision the Magic Carpet Ride happening tonight the 11th at 6:30pm MT Time Zone. Then, its early rise and shine as I will be back on air at 6am. This is normally a rock show hosted by a gent by the DJ name Brizz. I am planing on approaching this in the same vain from 6-9am Friday the 12th of March. Hot Damn
