    Happy New Year to you and yours!
    ALMOST managed to weigh 45 kg by the end of 2023 (44.9 kg or 99 lbs) since my 40 kg (88 lbs) on October 10.
    Being able to swim and walk, weather permitting also gave me courage to continue pushing forward.
